Yeah Baby, you know it's going to be a hot one.
On that note this is what's going down town.
Sunset Ranch: Location Location Location
IMPORTANT: Guest and Ski rules.
1. No wet bathing suits on the inside furniture
2. Please provide your own beach towels for the pool and lakes. The Ranch towels are for bathrooms only
3. Please pick up after your pets both inside and outside on the grounds.
4. No music outside after 10 PM.
5. Please observe the check out time (3:00PM Sunday) in order for us
to have adequate time to clean between guest parties. Watersports renters are welcome to continue
to use the lake only, until sundown.
Arrival Time Friday May 30, 3:00PM, skiing on Saturday and Sunday.
A. All guest in your party must sign a release of liability prior to lake access. The will be collected prior to your first day of skiing.
B. Drive slowly on the roads to and from and between the lakes to minimize dust clouds.
C. All waterskiers, wakeboarders, people being towed in any inflatables MUST wear a waterski-vest or
other flotation/safety vest. Only one inflatable may be pulled at a time.
D. Only one water-ski boat or other water craft can be operated on the lake at a time.
E. No other watercraft can be operated on the lake when water-skiing is taking place
Directions:
I-10E to 86S about 12 miles to 66th ave. Turn left on 66th about 1/2 mile to Lincoln then turn right. About a mile or so on your left you'll see Sunset Ranch main entrance, don't go in. About 1/4 mile
past you'll see a gate on the left, combo lock code is (please see e-mail) close the gate behind you, hang
the lock.
Drive in until you see a launch ramp on left turn left on the road to your left an a short distance to the next launch ramp and road on the right.
Skiing on Friday:
1. Plans to pull skiers starting around 3:00 PM.
2. Club rates apply.
3. First come first served.
4. Should be able to ski until dusk.
5. We will have a skiing list going.

Clue #1: Since we are allowed to be there on Friday at 3:00PM. First there gets to pick out which bed they want. If your're late, then bring a blow up mattress. There's plenty of space. No saving places for your comrade because it's not cool. The ranch sleeps 15-20+ with a maximum of 30 guests. There are four flexible sleeping areas (with additional couches and room for sleeping bags on carpeted floors), and four bathrooms with showers (one with tub).
Josh will bring burgers to grill for Friday night, along with a marinade.
Clue #2: Caribbean Mama Bahama Pajama Part-ay.
Clue #3. Friday Night: There is a full kitchen so anything is possible!!!!! Enjoy
Saturday and Sunday Breakfasts: Commodre to bring the coffee and blended syrups for them so we will
not miss a beat with our Competitor Starbucks.
