About the Weddell Seal Blog

The purpose of this blog is to document some of the Weddell seal science field work in Antarctica by the Montana State University Weddell seal research team.

Co-Principal Investigators for this research project are Robert Garrott and Jay Rotella, professors in the Department of Ecology at Montana State University, and Don Siniff, professor emeritus at the University of Minnesota.

The Weddell seal research project is funded by the National Science Foundation through the United States Antarctic Program.
